About McCann MCM
My name is Nolan McCann, and McCann MCM is the result of a lifelong passion for bringing forgotten craftsmanship back to life.
Before restoring mid-century modern furniture, I spent years rebuilding vintage motorcycles and 1990s Jeep Cherokees. That hands-on mechanical background taught me patience, precision, and respect for original craftsmanship—skills that naturally carried over into furniture restoration.
I owe much of my mindset to my grandfather, who passed down his mechanical knowledge and taught me that anything worth owning is worth fixing the right way. His influence continues to guide every restoration I complete.
What started as a hobby quickly became my career because I genuinely love the process. There is nothing more rewarding than taking a neglected piece of furniture and giving it another generation of life while preserving its original character.
My girlfriend and my family have supported me every step of the way, encouraging me to grow this passion into a business. Their belief in me has made McCann MCM possible.
Finding the right pieces is an adventure of its own. Since November alone, I’ve driven nearly 10,000 miles across multiple states and countless cities searching for exceptional mid-century furniture to restore. Every trip is another opportunity to rescue a piece of history that deserves a second chance.
At McCann MCM, every restoration reflects my commitment to quality craftsmanship, authenticity, and preserving timeless design for generations to come.
